Lead and develop our TIER. strategy and roll out in brand, marketing, communications and performance marketing.
Lead implementation of brand strategy across the consumer experience and all marketing activities to achieve brand KPIs.
Lead and develop our central and local marketing teams across all channels.
Ensure continuous tracking, reporting, evaluation and optimisation of all marketing and brand activities.
Own integrated planning, processes, communication on marketing goals, plans and results across TIER.
Select, manage and steer internal and external agencies across projects and activities: agency briefing process and development of concepts and creative elements.
Be part of the commercial senior leadership team and contribute to commercial team goals.
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Retail, Digital or a related field. Master Degree/MBA a plus.
10+ years’ industry and/or relevant work experience.
Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
Creative, dynamic and comfortable working in fast paced environments.
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and senior level of strategic thinking.
Senior experience in brand and marketing strategy and development, communications, campaign development, execution and implementation.
Strong leadership skills and senior experience in building and developing teams.
Academic and professional understanding of an ever-changing marketing landscape and advanced experience in project management.
Ability to collaborate and manage platforms and tools used by multiple functions as well as ability to manage and / or collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups: product, PR, social, digital.
