YOUR MISSION
- You optimise the financing structure of the entire group with international locations and companies
- You prepare different financing models for the company group (loans, vendor loans, mezzanine, etc.)
- You research suitable public and private subsidies (e.g. for the area of sustainability)
- You develop opportunities for financing carbon offset projects through external financiers
- You prepare financing requests in the area of debt and equity capital
- You prepare bank- and investor-friendly documents for the financing process
- You prepare different financing structures as a basis for decision-making for the management and contribute to business planning with regard to financing, financial requirements and liquidity development
- As part of the Operations team, you work closely with the Finance and Controlling departments
YOUR PROFILE
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of finance
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a commercial apprenticeship
- You have strong expertise in finance and accounting, especially in the areas of banking, loans, fundraising and M&A
- Ideally, you have already dealt with subsidy procurement in the area of sustainability
- You have already successfully advised companies in a fast-growing environment
- You enjoy working in a team and are enthusiastic about sustainability and climate action
- You have a very good knowledge of German and English
