The ETiB Field Product Manager is responsible for the business management of ETiB offering at country level and its commercial success. The ETiB-FPM uncover sand understands customer needs and translate them into requirements. She/he has a strong ability to work well with internal teams, including central marketing, engineering & development, ensuring that customer’s requirements are fully understood and that country-based launch/implementation plans match expectations.
She/he understand, research, and follow technical trends in the ETiB industry and in general, is able to assess local market competitive situations, as well as make recommendations on how to best serve the local needs. She/he follows competitors, provide internal and customer trainings, answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities, understand and analyze data pipelines, facilitate creation and maintenance of proper product documentation, and other sales enablement tools.
