Description

This position is responsible for developing and executing INNIO Jenbacher’s Service Pricing Strategy and oversee all aspects associated with operational Service Pricing. This includes the ownership of Service product pricing, customer pricing for indirect/direct markets and conducting relevant analyses to drive margin/topline growth and transparency on pricing behavior. The role is responsible for continuously maintaining and enhancing the underlying pricing processes and systems. In this role, you will work very closely with the wider Service Leadership team, Product Line & Marketing, regional Service teams, Finance, Sourcing, Operations and other relevant functions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct Service pricing strategy formulation and identify Pricing objectives and goals that are aligned with those of the business
  • Oversee and conduct product pricing processes for INNIO Jenbacher Services products (incl. consolidation and consideration of market & competitive insights, data maintenance in relevant systems, internal & external communication)
  • Define, implement and operationally execute strategic approach for Direct & Indirect Customer Pricing
  • Develop & closely monitor pricing key metrics and prepare detailed analysis to understand actuals vs goal, performance drivers and recommend pricing activities in support of business objectives & targets
  • Oversee Service pricing process for the organization while ensuring compliance by controlling the approval/exemption process
  • Build, maintain and nurture close collaboration with relevant internal & external stakeholders to implement price changes into the market
  • Enhance Pricing processes and systems to expand automated price/discount setting and ensure price compliance
  • Lead and direct Service Pricing team

Your Profile:

  • Significant years of demonstrated experience in Pricing, Sales/Commercial Operations or Finance role
  • In-depth knowledge of INNIO Jenbacher Gas Engines products and services, network, businesses, initiatives and programs
  • Strong business analysis, problem-solving and strategy development skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with an understanding of commercial and financial principals
  • Proven track record of successfully leading diverse teams
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering sciences or equivalent from an accredited College or University
  • Fluent in English and German (oral and written)
  • Strong business acumen related to Power Generation/Gas Engines industry
  • Knowledge of ERP & CRM software (Oracle or SAP, SalesForce)
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, proactive and flexible work style, high say-do ratio
  • Advanced Excel and data mining skills, proficient with standard office software (MS office)
  • A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position
