We are looking for a Senior Expert Key Account Management Sales NL to strengthen our sales team actively in supplying natural gas in the Netherlands. You will be working in a young but experienced team, collaborating with other OMV Gas entities to achieve our mission in becoming the leading integrated Gas supplier in NW to SE Europe.

Are you an experienced sales professional with an entrepreneurial attitude who wants to bring their experience and network to OMV to further develop a sustainable sales portfolio, increase the company's market share as well as to achieve the profit targets? We are looking for a dynamic team player who is relationship-focused, analytical and goal-oriented.

Your Responsibilities

  • Implementation and execution of sales strategy;
  • Develop business directly through self-generated prospects, and through developing third party partners within focus area greenhouses and industrials <250 GWh/a;
  • Build strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders on C level;
  • Develop sustainable internal business relationships within OMV group;
  • Support/Participate in the sales strategy process to reach volumes & commercial targets;
  • Validate new business opportunities:
    • Proposal for development of new potentials: alternative sales channels/products based on predefined risk/return principles;
    • Proposal of changes of actual or future products, gas outlets based on market and competitor analysis.
  • Market and competitor analysis, customer and target group selection;
  • Continuous market screening in terms of competition, regulation, product development, customers;
  • Meet company needs in terms of reporting, data management.

Your Profile

  • University Degree: Economics, Business Administration, Industrial engineering;
  • At least 7 years of professional Sales experience with a deep knowledge of the energy market;
  • Ability in interpreting complex phenomena and market trends;
  • Solution-minded; proactive and able to transfer innovation and quality;
  • Goal and results oriented behavior to achieve targets on time;
  • Leadership experience, conflict management and willingness to accept responsibility as well as being a team player;
  • Fluency in Dutch, English, preferably German;
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
