WHAT DOES THE ‘LEAD PERFORMANCE MANAGER’ DO?
The LEAD Center is divided into 3 teams : the Performance team, the Operational Excellence team and the Digital & Data Science team.
As LEAD Performance Manager you report directly to the LEAD Center Manager. Your main role is to ensure the LEAD Center (i) plays its role in conducting the performance mindset in the organisation, and (ii) initiates, develops & implements initiatives to reach the highest possible performance level in accordance with management ambitions. You will focus on creating value for ALBI-LI from business and energy leverages.
MISSION AND MAIN ACTIONS
Your mission as part of the LEAD Performance team includes the following:
The location is either Brussels or Dusseldorf
Once you have acquired enough background on the network operations, you are on-call one week in every 6 weeks (approx.) to support Network Pilots in critical situations as per on-call procedure (i.e. 24/7 availability on the phone).
The candidate should have a solid background in operations and/or energy optimization, with an appetency and mindset for commercial topics. She/he must have a good understanding of operational realities and be comfortable working in an environment mixing various disciplines (technical & operations, business & energy, digital, …).
